APPROACH

A process you can follow from the outside. No black boxes, no surprises.

You always know what’s being built, what it costs and when you’ll see it. Here is how a project runs, start to finish.

  1. 01 · Day 0

    Free call

Thirty minutes to understand the problem: what happens today, what it costs you and what a good outcome looks like. Bring a clear spec or just the problem: either works.

    • Notes from the call
  2. 02 · Same day

    Written proposal

If it’s a fit, you get a proposal the same day: the problem in your words, what I’ll build, what’s out of scope, the milestones and one fixed price — or the monthly plan that fits.

    • Milestones
    • Fixed price
  3. 03 · Weeks 1–N

    Build, milestone by milestone

Each milestone ends with working software you can use, not a status report. Each one is paid before work on it begins, so you are never more than one milestone in. Changes are quoted in writing before any work happens.

    • Working software per milestone
    • Weekly updates
    • Change quotes
  4. 04 · Launch

    Launch and handover

Deployed to production in your accounts, with monitoring, documentation and a recorded walkthrough. From there you can run it yourself, hand it to your team, or keep me on a monthly plan.

WHILE WE WORK

You never have to ask how it’s going.

Communication is part of the job, not an extra. Written by default, so decisions are on record.

ENGINEERING STANDARDS

Built the way serious teams build. Even when the team is one person.

Version control and reviewEvery change goes through a pull request with a description you can read.
Automated testsThe parts that would hurt to break are covered and run on every change.
Staging before productionYou try new versions in a safe copy before they reach your team.
Monitoring and alertsIf something fails at 3 a.m., it is logged and someone is told.
Security by defaultLeast-privilege access, secrets out of the code, dependencies kept up to date.
DocumentationHow it works, how to run it and how to change it, written for the next person.

OWNERSHIP & TRUST

It’s yours. All of it.

Your code, your accountsRepositories, cloud and API accounts are in your name from day one.
Confidential by defaultYour data and processes stay private. NDA on request.
Clean exitWhen we stop working together, access is removed and everything is handed over.

Step one takes 30 minutes and costs nothing.
